The other morning I was sitting in the rocking chair, I had just finished feeding Kendall and had her on my shoulder burping her. Cody came over to me and the following conversation ensued:
Cody - Mama what you doing to her
Me - I am burping her baby
Cody - Dat is not how you burp her, you are supposed to squeeze her neck
Me - No your not Cody that would hurt Kendall
Cody - No, you squeeze it softly
Me - No you don't Cody, I better not catch anyone squeezing her neck that would hurt Kendall
The next day I had just finished feeding Kendal and was in the process of burping her again, this time I had her sitting up on my lap and I was supporting her head with my hand while rubbing her back. Cody came over to me and said "See Mama you is squeezing her neck softly" :)
